Strategic Planning
"...Many companies and business consultants are doing a crucial mistake every day. Once a strategy is written down, most people follow the strategy without rethinking the strategy at every step they do.
...take a look at the chaos theory, some people don´t like this theory, I love it, because it helps to open the mind for possible influences that can help a company to be more successful.
Rethinking a once set strategy is a must, even if it means that you have to change the strategy every day. Don´t be afraid of missing your goals...you reach them just on a different way,
the natural way!"

What has Intelligent Management done in the past and what is it that Intelligent Management separate from other strategic consulting companies?
Intelligent Management simply doesn't implement a strategy that one can learn at any University; a strategy thousands of other consultants are already trying to implement into hundreds of worldwide companies.
Intelligent Management has developed a unique strategic planning process all its own.
The SPC Process
Over 15 years ago, we started to design and write a new strategic planning process when we realized a crucial error in existing planning instruments used by most of the other consulting groups. Our SPC Process defines where planning and implementation meet real life.
Our way of thinking is easy to understand.
Our strategy is more efficient , more effective and more successful, than any other strategy that we used in the past ten years. Intelligent Management did not start as a company that was trying to get only the crème de la crème of the business society. Intelligent Management chose a different route. We focused on companies close to bankruptcy--companies that could not even pay any fees.
Why did we start like this, doing this in the hardest way possible?
The answer is simple.
We wanted to find out if our own strategic model worked.
When you have all essential business resources available including human capital and financial support, things are much easier to do.
We chose the road less travelled.
The strategic basis of our strategy sounds, and is, very simple. Once people understand what it means to develop a principal focus on the strengths of their business, increase these strengths and minimize the weaknesses, they will view a company from a new perspective.
